Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an athlete sponsored by the company. She started competing in fitness contests when she was 16 after she quit gymnastics in her youth. Her Pro Card was awarded a year later, when she was 17, she was a professional athlete. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. At the age of 16, she began taking part in fitness events following her decision to quit gymnastics. At the age of 17, she was 17 years old, she won her pro card. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest. Ariel had to spend an absence of six years from the stage when she was awarded her Professional card in order to finish college. In 2015 she re-entered the stage and competed in top-quality contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. After her first show, she continued competing throughout her career and setting new goals every year. By the time 2009 ended she won the titles of four other fitness contests. Also, 2009. NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champions made her one of the youngest Fitness Professionals from IFBB ever. Ariel spent her first six years of competing to obtain her college diploma. The IFBB Fitness Pro Debut took place in the Phoenix Europa Games, in November of 2015. She came in third at the event. In June of 2016, she won the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which allowed her to compete in be a part of the Fitness Olympia. She stepped on the Olympia stage after three months, taking her place 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel with absolutely no expectations going in and was thrilled by the result. This is not a surprise since Ariel was able to place well, considering that she was competing with top-of-the-line athletes. Ariel continues to improve her physique. Ariel's most favorite part of her body to work out is the back. It is where she usually performs bent-over rows, single arm lats pull-downs (on machines), pull-ups and seated rowing. She warms-up first before moving on to working sets. Ariel is the most efficient use of the time she has. The supersetting of all back exercises into three or four 10-12 rep supersets is what she does.
