Rachelle Lefevre
Rachelle Lefevre, a Canadian actress, was born. While waiting tables, Lefevre was found by the Canadian film producer, who later, assisted the aspiring actress land her first film role. Later, Lefevre moved from Canada to Los Angeles where she earned an recurring role for the movie What About Brian (2006). When Lefevre was working at the Montreal sushi establishment as a teen the regular patron heard about her desire to become an actor. He brought her in contact with an actor casting director. The result was an Canadian TV sitcom. The actress was featured in several shows of David. Kelley's Boston Legal (2004), that eventually lead to a part in his 2008 U.S. adaptation of BBC smash Life on Mars (2008). Lefevre's father is French. She was born in Montreal, but she spoke predominantly English. In 2004 due to the dearth of English actors in Montreal, Lefevre moved to Los Angeles. Her main role was Catherine Hardwicke's Twilight adaptation. The novel is the first book in an ongoing series of popular young vampires.
