Alexandra Wentworth was the creator director, host, and executive producer of Head Case. Wentworth has been a guest on Oprah Fridays Live and was hosting the 2003 edition of Living it Up! alongside Ali & Jack. Ali was quickly a household name for her role as an In Living Color regular, as well as her slick impressions of Cher, Cindy Crawford, and Sharon Stone became a trademark of the series. In the wake of her appearance on In Living Color, Ali starred in Fox's Hardball series and appeared as a guest-host for two episodes. A first-of-its-kind move to build a role that revolves around an actor, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno was a show that featured Ali on a road trip across America in an SUV that cost $7 in the series' sweeps comedy segment. Ali has been requested to appear as a guest numerous times since then. The actress also played Schmoopie in the classic Soup Nazi Episode of the show.
